Beach Riding

Better late than never! I finally got a couple of minutes to put together this short video of us ripping up the mud paths and zooming along the shore next to the ocean in La Linea de la Concepción, Spain. We were there with our friends Mike and Lily and were waiting for our other friends, Cale and Cindy, to come back from Almeria.

The mud paths were awesome. It had rained quite a bit two nights before, and everything was still very soggy. Our bikes are old, and not exactly in the best condition. The Suzuki Sp370 is from 1978, the Yamaha Xt600 is from the eighties, and the tires on both are all terrain and already very worn. They are not exactly meant to be taken this far off road, but screw that.

The best part was riding on the beach. Zooming along as fast as I can directly next to the ocean, riding off into the setting sun, is the most amazing rush of happiness.
